Sunset Signs completed an extensive exterior signage package for DMG Group and its affiliated businesses in Orange, CA, creating a unified visual identity throughout the commercial property. The project included prominent custom channel letter building signs, dimensional corporate logos and tenant identification for DMG, Sharpe Heating & Ventilating, HVAC Parts & Supplies, DMG Service & Controls, and AirWrx. Large-scale DMG signage was fabricated for multiple elevations, including a reverse-lit LED channel letter display and custom dimensional letter systems engineered to integrate cleanly with the building’s glass and architectural façade.

The project extended beyond the building itself with a coordinated collection of custom monument signs, multi-business identification signs, and directional wayfinding signage positioned throughout the property. Sunset Signs fabricated freestanding aluminum sign cabinets displaying the individual business brands, a double-sided street-facing identification sign with the 1110 address and HVAC Parts Store messaging, and dedicated directional signs for Parts & Supplies, Sharpe Heating & Ventilating, Shipping, Receiving, and Will Call. Consistent colors, materials, typography, and logo treatments tie each sign together while allowing every company within the center to maintain its own recognizable brand.

From the building elevations to the parking areas and property entrances, this was a comprehensive signage program designed to improve both brand visibility and visitor navigation. Sunset Signs managed the custom fabrication and installation of the various sign types, including illuminated channel letters, dimensional aluminum lettering, architectural sign frames, monument-style identification cabinets, and non-illuminated wayfinding signs. The completed project gives the DMG business center a professional, cohesive presence from the street to the front doors while demonstrating Sunset Signs’ ability to execute complex, multi-sign commercial projects throughout Orange County, California.
